How to request a job

1. Clearly define the type of job it is. (Website, Web Application, Windows App, Unix App, Mac App, etc).
2. If you know which language you want it to be in, state that too. If you want the source code available as well as the finished product for a desktop application, state that.
3. State how much you are willing to pay, and whether your price is negotiable.
4. If you can post a screenshot of what you want the finished application to look like (UI design), then that will greatly help programmers in deciding whether it is something they can do, but it is by no means required.
