Banned for being set up scammed by Heavenlord -

Hey I was banned wrongly and all because Ex mod HeavenLord threw a little WEIGHT around. It started out as he posted a thread saying he was buying 10M gp, So I decided to sell him the gp. I log into the world he said to go to, and a account traded me I put 10M up and asked him on MSN if it was him, He said "Yes" so I gave that account the GP. Sadly I do not have a screen of giving that account the gp, and then he says on msn Oh that wasnt me but this is me but Ill pay for that gp sense it was my fault. So I went and got 10M more and this time he trys to give me a false name on MSN he says the account is "WW..." But in game the account was "WV...." and I asked this and it took several mins before he would answer and finaly he says "Stop Declining.... Its Him" So Confirming that, that was the account I gave it the GP which I DID screen, and then we talked on msn for a second and I gave him my PP again and he then goes on to say "Did you give him it" trying to play it off AGAIN that I did not give him the gp but in fact I did and I screened it, So then I decide I need to screen the Accepted trade so I did. Then I tell him Im going to file a RAS and he goes on to say that "My words more crediable so go ahead" - Again he is throwing his weight around and finaly he gives in thinking he is caught in the scam and sends me $10.00 so Me thinking the trade is done I move on and start looking thru the forums again and find myself banned because he talked to one of his friends which is a Global Mod on sythe and Bans me. I want this looked into and I would like to be UNBANNED I have done nothing wrong what so ever, and I think its wrong how he has done this.

I hope this gets worked out, its sad that it came down to a EX Mod getting his friends to help scam, but thats how the world goes I guess.


Please post back on here and get this worked out, Im just a average guy trying to make his way in this world.
