Sabor = Scammer

Trade: Paid 150$ first through Paypal, recieved acc info through MSN after payment

Proof not talking to imposter: The whole conversation went through PM and his MSN related to his profile

Vouches: Recieved none, gave one

Proof of recovery:

Account got recovered the day of the sale, assumed it was a previous metioned scammer, everything got back normal after a seller claimed ''phonecall'' to Jagex.
Then I bought 160M from just un dude here on the forum (which went fine) and played with the account for 2 days, got recovered again.
Seller again told me to fix this, ''called'' Jagex, I recieved 7 denied appeals while I didn't send any in.
I got an email change mail from Jagex -since after the purchase I'd set my email address to the account- seller told me customer service wanted that verification code from the mail, so I gave the code because I was frustrated and confused after all the trouble
Ever since the seller didn't contact me anymore although I have seen him online on this site for multiple times (read: 10+ times),
I contacted him through Paypal, MSN, mail and PM and no response whatsoever.

Friends at the friendslist confirmed the account being back online.
Paypal claim started today.

Yes I can prove that, it's on my college macbook pro though so I'll get that in here asap

Btw: how would the trade not happen if I say it did while I even paid Sabor and have proof of that?

 

Well, you have no proof that [email protected] is Sabor's paypal email. You also don't have proof of any real trade (no vouches given), etc. For all we know, you created the paypal email, sent it to yourself, and you're claiming he scammed you (not saying this is true at all).

 

Ok I understand what you are saying, but to ask a punishment on an account I could have made myself would seem weird? Or do people do that to get more rep?

Back to the point, this is what I had sent to Paypal, on the FIRST recovery of the account (proof that it's his msn and paypal).





+ Here's a picture of proof that I had the account in my possession and lost it twice.



MSN-proof of me asking for the info (and a vouch, which I didn't get) come tomorrow around 3PM (GMT+1). And if you already check our ip's, you should see he's from the UK, while I'm from Belgium

Edit: he claimed in a PM -sent today- to get back to me (again).

 

Well, he doesn't get back to me.

 

Sabor told me "he got the account back", and he does not want to give it to me because he needs an extra 100$ (on top of the 150$ I already paid and so far lost). If he does not get the 100$, he's going to sell the account to someone else on another forum.

I told him to rethink and get back to me at the end of this day. If he does not or if he sticks to his point, could you please make it clear that things just don't work this way?

If I need to give even more proof of this misery, please let me know. You can not let this go unnoticed...

 

Well, seeing as you bought the account, he must refund you the account or the money regardless of what he needs. The same cannot be said about the wealth on the account, as we don't know if he stole it.

When you do get the account back, please take a screenshot of the last login IP and see your bank.
