What to alch?

Title says all, what's the most effective thing to alch

 

Yew longbows or maple longbows unstung.

 

Approximately how many Nats for 55-94?

It really depends: if you're patient, you can try air battlestaves which turn a profit. However, they only buy 100 every 4 hours in the G.E.

Or, you could try something like yew longbows, which I think can buy 10k per 4 hours.

 

Alcing magic or maple longbows are usually about 1 gp per exp. I wouldnt personally recommend alcing to train magic. Instead, superheat gold or steel for money, smithing experience AND better magic exp p/h.

Maple unstrung bows are pretty good, minimal loss.
