So my main is locked I been original owner since 2002. I have attempted to recover it many times and know all details yet they deny me with nothing but not enough deatils given to prove your the owner..... Any ideas or cya 2400+ total acct?

did you ever move houses because your getting declined because you dont have the original ip

 

ya man im 24 yrs old now and even if i wanted to get original ip your talking 10yrs ago...... theres no chance to get that ip anymore.

 

Then your chances are slim, i have had my old main locked for over 4 years in the same situation

 

Your best bet is to keep trying, if you don't have the original IP then you're better off waiting to get through to a J-Mod who is lazy and will just approve your appeal.

I heard you can contact jagex and talk to them about it(I seen another thread where he called jagex and they said his account would of been locked until he called... something like that I would call.)

 

There is no way to call jagex. I am sure of that or they would get whiny bitches everyday complaining. Its just frustrating when my account was never sold and only worked on by me and now you wanna lock it and dont even tell me why?

 

Use an ISP from the last time you had it, your last billing address, since you said you've been a member for such a long time if you have access to emails from paying your runescape membership/month they used to inlcue your agreement ID along with a transaction ID, but now they don't provide either, at least not your agreement ID.

Try cycling through the months and years to get it exactly right, if you can get the right month and year correct thats a huge bonus on recovering,

 

@ last poster mate.... I provided membership info with transaction ID from september and october of 2005. Yet still denied.
