    Wtf does an 1150$ app do that could possibly make it worth that much.. as for me, i rarely buy apps. free is always nice

    Can't you just jailbreak and not pay for ANY apps? I don't have a smartphone so I wouldn't know (and yes I know that it is illegal).

    Yes, you can. Which is why is jumbles my mind that someone would pay 1200 dollars for an app. Also, jailbreaking itself isn't illegal, Apple lost the argument that it was in some court case. However, using Installous to illegally download apps, probably is illegal.

    It's $899 USD and they can charge that much because it's the only app of it's type and big corporations will want it for security and cost is never an issue for them.

    The most I've ever spent was $1.19 on DoodleJump and Angry Birds when I first got my iPhone. Couple of weeks later I jailbroke.

    You my friend have been ripped off. I watched the video of what it does. And looked it up to get more details. Android markets offers the same exact app for free. Lemme see if I can find the name.

    But all in all the most I spent on an app was $0.99 on an app that patched modded .gba files to the original rom to play a modded game. I use, apktop/google for all my android stuff, and when I had my Ipod touch I used installous so everything was free.
