Jagex account support email?

I got my account locked and can't get past the shitty automated recovery. I've tried 4/5 times and denied every time even though the info I gave is more than enough to prove I'm the owner.

I need an email address, anyone know it.. something like [email protected] ? I'm not sure..

 

I don't think they have an account recovery email. However, you can try the email made for parents. [email protected] is the email I believe.

 

Yes that's the parents e-mail, just mail in as an angry parent and you should get a response and hopefully and an unbanned account within the next 24 hours.

 

This happened to me also, after about 6 recovery attempts It finally got accepted. I think jagex is making their recovery system stricter because I used to be able to recover my account the first try every time.
