    Has anyone ever dealt with GameTag.com? If so, were they legit?
    I went to their site and it looks legit, just confirming.

    Good to know. Only thing I can see that's bad is long wait times and their customer support team is never available via live chat.

    It has been 4 days since I submitted the account and it's still showing up as "Assigned to Agent." Is this normal?
