It appears he showed the 20M, the payment was sent, and illmaculate declined / logged out.

I am aware of that, though what I read were claims. WHich will only make me more cautius. Seeing as he can not get his RSGP back post-trade, have nothing to fear when he goes first.

Thanks for the heads up though. Seeing as he actually scammed, I will not be doing business with him, I urge others to do the same.
