PA Complications.

So recently I've created an account on PlayerAuctions and fill out all of the neccesary information. When I get to the phone number section I enter my contracted cell phone number and click 'continue'. It now says that the account I just created has been suspended. Please note this cell phone number is new today, as I just got it.

So after this I go to 'contact us', speak with a rep who more than likely lives in Korea. All they tell me to do is e-mail them @ [email protected].

PA is one of the most cheapest places to purchase rsgp, yet I was suspended?

What are your thoughts / suggestions.

Also, what are some good places to purchase RSGP with a CC, as I do not have the patience now adays for money to be transfered from my bank to PP.

 

PA has fine customer service. Your 'new' cell number might of been owned by someone else who misused it, or the credit card your using isn't linked to the name to the phone number. They have strict security, but fine customer service.

 

I haven't registered a cc on that profile.

I just set up the basic information of your home address + cell number. :/

PA in my past experience are terrible, Live Support are a bunch of adolescent teenagers which know absolutely nothing. If its not a basic problem its email [email protected] or [email protected]

Your best bet is to email trust and ask them why the account was suspended
