Bulk Up?

Hey I'm like 6foot 2-4 and I'm 14 and wanna grow some muscle and I was wwondering you know the like protein powder's/big platic cans of bulk up whatever it's called am I allowed to legaly buy them at this age and should I use this to grow a shit ton of muscle ( I live in Toronto,Canada(for law purposesy and the only reason I'm growing the muscle is to get thhe chicks)

 

Try Whey Protein. Keep in mind you have to lift heavy along with taking it to get big, because if you just intake a bunch of protein without lifting, you'll just get fat... But i've seen amazing results from whey protein. You can get protein from meats and milk, too.

 

At 14, its not reccomended that you bulk up.

Try doing push-ups and sit-ups and that, or light weights.

Im saying that cause you may stunt your growth

 

Rah is right. Get bulky now, and you'll be a fat little midget when you grow up. Anyhow, if you are on Sythe, you are obviously not going to get girls anyways

 

Yeah it might stunt your growth, it did mine, I've been the same height since I was 13. But keep in mind guys, he's already 6'2-4", he's already tall enough, lol.

Like chase said I am 6foot 2-4 so I wouldn't care much about stunning my growth as I don't wanna go above 6foot 5 and at the rate I'm going right now I have fears about growing above that and my parents would probs support the idea they'd probs get me a bowflex etc.

 

Convert your height to metres and cm's please? So i can picture how tall you are?

Getting chicks isn't near as much about getting bulked up as looking decent and being awesome to be around...being smooth helps too

You'd get a good shot at basketball if you let yourself grow first.
