    Personally, I've lost the sight in my right eye ( Due to horseplay ). And for what I can say, I'd much rather not loose any but in the hypothetical situation I'd rather loose my hearing.

    The pro's and con's of them added against each other, being blind would completely outweigh being deaf.

    I couldn't imagine not being able to see, so hearing. Both would be terrible, though. If I couldn't hear, I wouldn't be able to make songs anymore... But still, I'd choose being able to see over being able to hear.

    Just like everyone else, hearing. I'm pretty sure losing your sight would be worse.

    I'm going to choose hearing. I need my sight to be able to play sport, which is one of my favourite things in the world. Also I wouldn't be able to see my beautiful girlfriends face again which would suck.

    Losing my ability to hear would still be terrible, but I think it'll be better to be able to see.

    I think id be able to cope better with the loss of hearing then losing sight.
    Wouldn't be able to do everyday things without the help of someone.

    hearing because the technology aiding hearing is ahead of the technology aiding sight as far as i know.

    But id rather loose neither

    Hearing wins in my book. Granted my 1200$ sound system in my car would be pointless along with struggling with comunication but it could all be overcome. As stated above but seeing you can do so much more. Watch movies, drive, play games, cards etc, you can do so much more without hearing than site.
