HOLY crap, im the happiest person in the world

Okay so before you read this, i gotta admit it will sound a bit NERDY
But I am sosososoosos happy that i dont care!

So recently my Runescape account got locked, My level 136 with over 1b cash and 99 prayer/99 herb and a lot more!. It was locked and its my only account in rs which i had for over 5 years. I am the original owner and when it got locked, EVERYTIME i tried to appeal it said denied. So I emailed jagex telling them about this problem of the lock... I though they wouldn't reply me but infact they did!

They replied me 3 days later but still !

Thank you for contacting us regarding this problem.

You should be able to recover your account now, there appeared to be an error causing the lock to remain.

Regarding your negative credit problem, if you know it is a problem with the bank you can simply speak to the bank to have the disputed payment reversed back to us, resolving the issue. Alternatively you will need to repay the cost of membership.

The reason of my happiness is because i was so sure that my account was entirely lost and that there was no reason to get it back, so it would be like 5 years of my life kinda wasted

 

Gratz, I have an account banned for botting from like 08 i doubt theyll unlock it though.

Email them, but remember to put a decent Subject for the email or they won't even read it. I emailed them twice. In the first email the subject was "My Runescape account". And they didnt even bother reading it. But second email's subject was "Negative Jcoins - Debt created on my RuneScape account. - Account lock‏" and they replied it within 3 days. The first email is still without an answer tho..

 

If anyone needs me to provide them what I wrote in the email feel free to ask it and I will post it here. It may help someone

 

Not nerdy at all. It's something you care about and have put a lot of time and effort into.

Plus, as someone stated, it's a lot of RL money, too.

Theres à difference beteren locked And banned. When someone tries to recover your account it gets locked untill one of the 2 makes à good appeal
