Unban/Pardon

Dear Mods and Players,

I've been banned on my account Dutchviking.
I know the reason, ive been banned for loging in with a proxy.
My first account: "Knijpie7", was banned for scamming w/ Xtermite.
But I dont get 1 thing, how can I be banned and Xtermite not?

But i want to tell this, im really sorry for messing up my past time on Sythe, but i was acting good this time, im not selling anymore acocunts and I love Sythe.
If I get unbanned, I will be a good member and act like one. If im not, you can ban me again, but i can guarantee you this accident in begin 2011 wont happen EVER again.

Please give me 1 more chance, i was being dumb in the past. And i can guarantee that I will be a good member.

I srsly cant live without sythe, i am willing to refund the scammed members of me and Xtermite. (on my old sythe acc knijpie7)
But I dont get 1 thing, why am I banned and hes not? pretty weird cuz my old acc has been banned for scamming WITH Xtermite and im banned. (Knijpie7 is the name)

Please provide proof that you've refunded the users scammed before you'll even be considered for an unban.

I havent done that yet, but idk how to contact the person who reported me, I really want to refund the guy, and leave the past behind.
