What are they going for real life money?

I bought a red last night for .54/M.

 

How much is that in usd? Also, what are the prices of pumpkin, eggs, disk, etc?

The first post is updated pretty regularly and is fairly accurate. They also sometimes have a list of the more reliable people. Also, the ranks in the FC I mentioned tend to be pretty trustworthy.
