You made a very valiant try, but there are some pretty major flaws in the lighting that needs to be fixed to make it believable.

 

As Nero said, the lighting is off, but also it seems strange that so many people are outside when there's such a big storm ^_^

 

It looks alright, but its really dark and i can barely see the details and cant tell whats going on. Remember a picture says a million words. But id still like to see more from you with alot more pictures, keep it up.

 

Definitely way too dark to make out much of the detail. The overall mood of the image is nice, but I think you should try this on a larger scale

 

Looks cool but I agree, too dark to make it look real. because it became a lot less defined.

 

Like others already suggested, make it less dark.. in order to make the scene look more alive and eye-appealing, turn some street lights on or so, or have a moon light the place up a bit, it doesnt look very realistic when it is this dark.
It is a decent attempt whatsoever, good job.
