Loading please wait.... White screen/Client close's!

I have put this up in the runescape forums however no1 will give me a good enough explanation as to why.

Anyways if someone on here could give me a reason why it does this and possible a way to fix it, that would be great.

 

Delete Jagex Cache files/cookies
Change internet browsers
Try different graphics mode
Restart computer
update Java
Try game client

i do know the client closes though.

 

I would also try updating graphic card drivers to their latest version.

 

it does it on both my laptop and pc, also soemtimes at a mates house who's pc is worth 5k+ so i dont think its the gc

 

It happens to me alot too, but my computer has this wierd graphics card issue.

 

Maybe its just a problem with the client atm... have you tried playing in your browser, or using another client such as Swiftkit, Quantum Kit etc?

Yeah, try another browser/client. Sometimes that solves the exiting out issue.

 

Put it into safemode , When the Loading screen comes up , Keep 'S' Held.
