Best way to get 45 - 75 herb and agil?

I got 45 agil and 45 herb on my one acc, I want to know which are the best ways to get both of the stats to like 75.

45-75 Herb is Prayer Potions then Super Restores.

45-75 Agility would probably be Barb Agility course to 60, then the Ape Atoll course.

 

45-75 Herb - Depends on your budget. Serem 207's are pretty good at saving cash, and decent xp.
45-75 Agility - Best bet would be to do Barb Agility Course to 60, and wilderness course to 75. Better xp rates because you fail too much at AA at level 60.
