    Old PayPal account with negative balance
    I checked an alternate email address.

    Now one of them I had a paypal account which got chargebacked by some scammer months ago. It has like $140 Negative balance.

    Now I used a fake name and fake home address, BUT as an alternate 'gift' address my last name and first name is other way round with REAL address. Note I have 4 alternate address'. I have no intentions to pay it off - can I get caught? Im underage as well, and no bank account or credit card was linked and a wrong phone number was linked.

    Nah, you should be fine. As long as you don't have bank/credit card and your real name/address linked, you're fine.
