I was running a Quad-core AMD Phenom II with 4 GB of RAM. Downgrading to a Core i3, 4 GB RAM with a much better video card gave the title a significant boost in frame rates. Its less important how "fast" your processor is, as long as you have 3 GB RAM [game uses 1.5 GB alone] and a good video card.
Yea its like fps lag, so maybe its my graphics card? Thats what I got, is it not good enough? or maybe my settings are wrong?
Yeah.... onboard GFX won't cut it w/ a game like this. I highly suggest you upgrade to a dedicated GPU.
I use a laptop with my i3, but my new system still uses a dedicated video card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834215191&Tpk=AS5742G-6426 This system is very inexpensive and runs the game well - albeit on low graphics settings. If you're looking for a laptop that can do things well, this is a good way to go, though you could easily spend more money on something that will work better. Focus on a dedicated video card that runs quickly, not onboard video which will steal from your RAM to attempt to perform well [and won't actually ever do so.]
There have been a heap of problems with graphics settings. Try going to the video options then selecting "high" quality and hit apply. Next select "low" and hit apply. Then hit the Ok option to exit screen and that should fix up your fps (it's helped a few people in my guild xD)
