Strength training!?!

ok im currently at bandits and fuck me the xp/h is so slowwwwww.

60 att, 72 str using d scim with good str and pray bonus.

is there nothing which is really really good xp/h?

 

If you have armored zombies unlocked, go there. If not, check out Soul Wars, may be faster xp than bandits.

 

Well, i know quite a few areas. I would recommend experiments, if you don't have the time, i can do the training for you.

 

I am also training at bandits.. With nearly exact same stats (60 atk 71str) I'm pretty sure it's the best place to train as a pure. Only good thing about it is that it's so easy to afk

 

ye im also training at bandits atm with 60att 75str (going for 90 )

the xp is a bit slow, im only getting like 50k p/h but im fine with that coz its easy to afk here

 

I'm doing Pest Control to 99 strength.
its like 40zeals/hr and the games take no more than 2 minutes.

 

40 points/hr at pest control is approximately 19-22k exp an hour with 90 combat stat.

 

experiments is where I trained mainly. you can't afk it though.

 

Don't do any mini games, the effects of it shows off on my zerk, 80 range, 99 Mage, 93 strength, 76hp.

 

i heard armored zombies are good but im 13 def and 80 pray, is it ideal for a pure to train there?
EDIT just realised how many reqs i dont have for that idea lol.

Use protect melee prayer with good prayer bonus armour on, def won't matter when using the protect melee prayer

 

Just stay at bandits

 

Well I suppose if PC isn't your thing, do SoulWars.
The zeals are mad XP, and you also get combat XP from keeping your activity bar up by attacking players or slayer monsters.

 

i myself find soulwars pretty fun. So if you enjoy SW then go for that.

 

Try Yaks or Experiments until you are higher attack/strength levels, then go back to Bandits. The only way to really get decent exp there is to have fairly good stats.

 

under barbarian villiage is where i trained 70-90 strength on my 10 def pure so try that and u can try differnt location in there to see whats best for u, trial and error
