When my parents are being unreasonable I just fight with them. Now, my parents generally cave to logic but sometimes not. I honestly find it so helpful to argue my point until they won't hear it anymore and then do whatever I can to hurt them emotionally as much as I can. All you have to do is convince them that they are a detriment to your metal health, that they are being bad parents, etc, etc, etc. I don't know if that helps anyone else but I've found it very helpful. But my parents also give me shit tons of freedom now and don't really care what I do so it might not work for everyone.

 

It's not that childish when you have only a handfull of solutions you can do
for here to back off. Its like when you get bullied ( his sister) in elementary school, it doesnt stop unless you stop it by yourself("childish" payback). telling the teacher only makes others make fun of you (his parents).

 

She would just do more bad shit and simply tell his parents if he did anything to her and they would believe them.

it amazes me to see how ridiculous a person can get! it sucks to have your sister as a sister! But haven't you tried rebelling ? When things come to such a point you have to show some attitude and anger. If you don't, she'll continue stepping over you.

 

But if she's doing it for fun, why not actully do these things she says he's doing?
And what more could his parents do to him? the way i take it is they took all his shit away besides his fathers laptop.

 

I have an idea, you can get back at her without your parents knowing. (I.E. Sticking gum in her hair at night and say she was chewing gum before going to sleep, Hiding her makeup and all, etc.)

 

Your sister probably just want to have more attention as she "has no friends" at all. This means that she could be really bored and have no one to talk with.

Try to find some aspect of a game/electronic device that is somehow stimulating for the brain and use that as your excuse. e.g Assassins Creed teaches me about history and other bs you can fool your folks with

 

Explain to your parents that in VCE, only year 12 counts, so it doesnt matter until you get into yr 12. unless you take a vce subject in yr 11.

Ok. Everyone's right. The reason you're sister is doing this is because she has no friends, and is obviously ugly as shit and seeking attention. The only thing you can do is talk to her about it. Try to solve the problem. If that doesn't work, get a job, start minding your own bizz, and spark up a blunt, cause life is just to bitchy for you.

Family is the closest thing to your heart, especially a younger sibling. In the end, you have to make the right decision that is best for the both of you, not just one side of the party.

Try to get a camera, and point it @ your router, or @ you playing games,
it can take alot of tries, but once you caught her once on camera, show it to your parents, then they have to understand you.

Honestly you want the best way to do it? Next time she goes in your room, which you should have locked all the time anyway, and does something bitchy, give her a good whack or push her into something. I'm not even kidding, you need to make her realise you're not her bitch, and you need to stand up to her. Yell at her, come up with something smart and make sure she knows you're not happy about how she treats you.

You REALLY need to speak directly to your parents, starting with something like "mum, im losing my mind because of my sister, its not fair how she treats me etc" tell them shes been a complete bitch to you your whole life and won't mind her own fucking business (give examples, ie. "last week she walked into my room and fucked around with my computer, that isn't fair and she needs to mind her own shit"). If they just shrug it off then you need to make recordings, or do anything to prove to them she's acting that way. But really you need to speak up and defend yourself, don't just sit back and say "oh well, she got me in trouble better just accept it and move on". That's not good enough if you ever want to change the situation.

If that doesn't help, do something more harsh like going to a counsellor who will contact your parents. Or go fuck with her stuff. Luckily I don't have family like this, but if I was in this situation, I'd be fucking mad and would take action the first time it happened.

 

I was thinking of contacting my school counsellor. Because my parents just simply dont listen, whatever i do they wont care. Ill contact the counsellor and explain to him whats happening and hopefully it might get sorted out.

 

Do it. It's worth writing down as many examples as you can on a piece of paper, and giving that the the counsellor. You want to make it sound bad too, so the more you can give the better. I did a similar thing when I visited a counsellor many years ago.

Get other people involved would be your best bet. Definitely visit the counsellor and see how it pans out from there. Good luck man.
