Rock crabs are just easy exp, you should continue grinding there. Personally I enjoy training with slayer more because you're at a new place every so often fighting a variety of NPC rather than just stuck in one area grinding for hours on end.

 

Your best thing is to test out Red spiders for an hour. Then compare the rates of spiders and rock crabs and see which is better. Then go to bandits for an hour, then compare the rates from crabs and bandits and see which is better.

 

Experiments or Bandits. Look up on youtube if you don't know how to get there its simple to do after watching a video.

If your getting attk up do it first get 70 then buy a SS and bandits with that for strength.

 

Everybody is saying Bandits, so here is an explanation of them:

They are in the Bandit Camp and are constantly aggressive if you have a piece of Saradomin or Zamorak armor on. Using a god book is fine, but most pures also use a Sara/Zammy Mitre with monk's robes, since it gives the best head slot prayer bonus anyway. Use the Bandit Camp Teleport (buyable in GE) to teleport there and run to the bar to the west. Flip on Protect from Melee and find a good spot where 3-4 will swarm at you. Most worlds can only hold two people, but if you hop around enough you'll find an open spot (German, French, and Portuguese worlds tend to have a free spot). The hopping becomes worth it because the exp is very fast and it's 99% AFKable. Using Prayer Renewals and Prayer Potions, just drop in every 5 minutes to pot back up. Don't forget the super attacks and super strengths.

Hmmm , I would have to say Zamorak warriors with pray you can make some real profit , look it up on youtube.

 

Thanks for that post Kero, you put some effort into it, So are you suggesting an invent including varrock tele/ 5 super str/super atk/ 7 rocktails/ 10 pray pots?

 

2 food in case you get hit on your way in while not praying, 3 super attack and 3 super strength potions, dragon 2h (the special hits all targets within 1 square around you using 60% special bar which yields 200-800 xp, duelling ring or amulet of glory to bank at shantay pass.
