so whats the deal with jbot?

is it out yet? mass people banned\hijacked? what lol there are a couple threads on the subject but none of them have any information lol.

 

Stop making more about it mods don't like it.
If you want to talk or ask about it use one of the already made threads.
Go to their site/forums, try it yourself on a dummy account, see what happens.
As far as I know the site is always/often down and no scripts ate out yet.

Just use Simba for now, it's free and open source. Been around since 2004.

 

It is still not out. Bot is complete, yet they want to write few scripts before releasing it all. Also their website is down. This bot should have a very little ban rate.

I personally do not trust them, they seem to be spamming everywhere, they do not keep to their ETA (previously they announced bot should be released 8th January). They force us to register in order to see their forum. If you register with a disposable/temporary e-mail, they are going to permanent ban you. Why would they do that? Since they are new, unknown, but still advertised a lot, they could simply throw account logger and steal RS accounts.

Better to use Simba at this moment: more scripts, proven to be a very little ban rate bot.

 

What exactly is the website url for JBot? I would sure like to know

There was a huge, official-looking thread here yesterday that had a download link, as well as what appeared to be jbot's scripting site, but the thread was hid for some reason.

 

Cocaine (one of the admins on runedream) stated the bot will be released once they write a few more scripts. The client is ready, just the scripts are not. I'd expect release within the month.

 

Some people got on the client and downloaded it already but there was only a power miner. So i think there transfereing servers and taking it down to write more then 1 script.

 

Were just waiting for some scripts now. But theres seriously way to many threads about jbot, it would be nice to keep those threads on their forum.

 

If you try go on runedream.org now, theres a message that says the site will be operational in a few hours when "Emperial" is online.
