Can an administrator check these 2 guys' IP and check if they are a match?

This topic looks like a whole faked story.
1. nobody has 100+ Dead island keys, if they do, it's a leak
2. if they do have a dead island leak, they wouldn't sell it for $40 for 100, nobody is that dumb.

Why do I find these 2 suspicious?
- Megachock says that he bought 4 of these games, which in my theory, would be impossible, since it's a fake.
- They both have terrible Engrish.

If the IP's do match, you know what to do, if they do not, well, atleast lock until he provides a proof, like it's in the rules, right?

 

IPs don't match. Regardless, he needs proof/post in the correct section.
