I was banned for Item Scamming With literally No proof.

First Off the 200M was delivered, Secondly

Is completely irrelevant, He claims the 200M wasn't delivered but in fact it was. The only proof he showed was That he sent the money Via pay pal.

My computer doesn't Save chat logs, Please look at the chat logs he posted Clearly this guy has some issues with me.

This doesn't make any sense, Basically Your taking his word, My MsN Dced about 3 Times during this trade But the Gold was delivered. I have vouches through all this past week. He Has 3 posts.

Honestly don't know what to say. If I was a Mod on this site and this proof was posted It would be laughed at.

Bottom line Is a didn't scam the 200M he was delivered it.

 

Well do you have any proof showing you gave the gold? Or a vouch he posted?

This picture could have been taken any time. You can't just ban me for NOT taking screenshots of a trade that i was going second in, honestly I didn't think anything of it because he had already paid.

Just see where I am coming from and look at his evidence, All He is showing is he paid the 120$, and 1 picture of our conversation that has nothing to do with me not giving him his gold.

I could go right now And take a picture of me trading a random person 200M or a friend 200M Because your requesting pictures of this me trading him 200M Djweasel.

But I'm not going too because i honestly didn't think i would need to take a picture of me delivering the gold since he paid first. Seriously He is charge backing the payment and I'm banned And he got the gold This is not fair please re-look this.

I gave him his 200M / He charged back the 120$ today Aswell. So I'm getting banned and fucking scammed.

I'm inclined to side with I_Fight on this. The burden of proof is on the person making the accusation, and I didn't see any evidence in the report that proves he was scammed.

 

Unless theres some other proof (the rest of the conversation), then I'll be unbanning him tomorrow, that gives Kero plenty of time to take a look.

The conversation shows that the last message was received within a minute of the screenshot (last message received 0:10/time in bottom left is 0:10), and the second screenshot proves nothing. If anything, it only proves that the money could be in his inventory or transferred to a different account.
