Yeah that, or a carpet ride from al kharid.

I usually just buy some scrolls, even tho they're not cheap

 

The scrolls have doubled in price... went from 30k to 60k, I had to buy one yesterday to access the pyramid quickly.

Realistically, if you are training at Bandits for extended amounts of time, using the scrolls are not all that practical unless you are bringing hundreds and hundreds of noted pots and camping there for days at a time. A much cheaper route is to simply lumbridge or DA teleport, run to the Shantay Pass in Al Kharid (if you need to make a last minute change to supplies, there is a bank chest for you to use), then pay 200GP or a shanty pass to get through the gate into the desert. Once you are through, just pay the carpet dude an additional 200gp and choose the Bandit Camp option and he takes you just north of there. Run south and voila, you are there. Takes an extra 2 minutes.
