I need someone who can get make me a Prom 2h in Daemonheim. Requirements are 90 mining (for the ore), and 98 Smithing (to make the bars and the actual 2h).

Another option without mining is to just get enough rusty coins to buy 4 ores from the Smuggler, but that will require 400k coins. If we are doing that then you only need 98 Smithing (or lower if you boost with pots).
