Thanks for the feedback all. I've been doing my best here the last couple months to keep myself as professional and helpful as I can. I know after I returned there was a period where I was letting my attitude get the best of me. I've since addressed and corrected it to the best of my abilities and I hope it's showing.

It is definitely showing, n4n0. You've grown as a person as well as a moderator during your tenure at sythe. Truly impressive.

Alteranz - You're great. You're funny, entertaining, and do your job pretty darn well from what I can tell.
Cosrob97 - You can be a huge douche to people who are a lower rank than yourself. Regardless, you seem to do an adequate job as a moderator.
Determinate - I only see you occasionally. Most likely because I don't visit your section often.
FishFishy - Loves ya Fishy. Even though I miss the old avatar! Grats on the promotion. You're doing a great job.
FlyingToast - Don't see you often enough but you seem like a great guy.
JohnK - It's great to have you in the spam forum. Although sometimes you can be a dick to people. It's the fucking spam forum though.
KerokeroCola - Haven't seen you much lately but from what I can tell you're putting a lot of effort into your position.
MohtasaUnique - You're a great guy. Don't see you as much in the spam forum though. Miss you D:
n4n0 - I used to think that you were a douche. But you're actually a really great guy I've noticed, now that I've spent a while on Sythe. You do a great job with your position though.
RsProd - I see you do a lot of work in the disputes section. You're doing a fantastic job based on what ive collected.
Scottay - Don't see you often. You seem like a good guy based on what I've collected.
Snow Patrol - Haven't seen you much since your promotion. That's probably my fault though.
Spraynwipe - I haven't gotten to know you too well but you seem like a great guy.
SuF - Very dedicated to his position and has many good ideas. I could see you going far if you wanted that.
Superman123321 - You're quite the detective. Fantastic job in scam reports, high pardons, etc.


Blupig - Not always that active but when you are you're probably the most entertaining person on this site.
Clashfan - Haven't seen much of you.
CSkiffingt1 - Haven't seem much of you.
Djweasel - Hasn't answered my PM's recently (about infractions). But I feel like he's doing a fantastic job.
Giddy - I haven't seen you post in the last month.
Karl - I love your avatar. But I haven't seen enough of you to formulate any opinions.

Sin666 - You are the best Global I have ever seen. In every possible way. You're intelligent, helpful, you care about the Sythe users but won't take any shit. Although I haven't seen you lately I know you're dedicated to the site. Thankyou for everything you've done for me as well regarding my pardon. Wish I could have experienced Sin the admin.

FireZ - I love how you've become even more community active since you became admin. You still do things like scam reports and put imputs into pardons as well. You're doing a great job.

This year, he has 12 posts in the non-staff forum that don't have to do with his own business or his job. 6-7 of these have to do with his fun rank contest.

I stand by what I said.
Although, I'm sure he's doing a great job behind the scenes, community active admins are always nice.

 

N4N0 does his job great! In my opinion he is the best mod of them all
Some mods do report to fast for spam in my opinion :/ but thats to keep the forums clean i guess!

You're absolutely correct that it's nice but not necessary. I'm not trying to base my views off of anyone though. And please don't get me wrong-- I'm not trying to put anyone down or argue anything. I simply feel as though it would be nice to see him around a bit more and be able to get to know him.

I obviously have no experience regarding the effort you do or do not have to put into being a community admin though so it's difficult to formulate any sort of reasonable opinion.

 

I just thought I'd defend Nick because Nick, from my experience, isnt a public guy.. he doesnt even post on his spam reports that he used to do.

He is a great guy though and has already contributed to many changes on sythe, including the rule changes.

 

After being banned on Sythe for around 5 years I guess I can say a bit about everyone.

Alteranz - Doing a good job tbh.
Cosrob97 - Friendly used him as a middleman before.
Determinate - Talks to you frequently on msn, when you respond.
FishFishy - Havent had the chance to speak to you yet, unfortunately.

Alteranz - Alt! It's really great to see you back and moderating on Sythe, especially in a section that you have thorough knowledge of and a real gift for handling. I see you online most nights which means you're keeping your activity up at a good level Keep it up!

Cosrob97 - Cosrob Cosrob Cosrob. The more I say your name, the weirder it begins to sound..Anyway I'm so happy that you were made a moderator last year, because if one person deserved it, it was you. You're always nice, you help out wherever you can and have a huge amount of knowledge regarding the RuneScape Blackmarket and cheating scene. Hurry up and get your last few trades for OMM by the way -.- But really, thanks a lot for all the help you've given me over the last year. When I got banned some people just decided that they didn't want to talk to me, you always spoke to me and helped me out, you're a great friend. Currently you're online everyday and I see you posting everywhere in your normal, helpful way. Keep on keeping on mate.
Oh, and don't diss Penrith and Blacktown. They have good shops -.-

Determinate - I remember back to a year ago when I was on Sythe, you were rampaging through the RuneScape section and answering questions left, right and centre. So I guess it's very fitting that you were promoted to RuneScape Moderator. I haven't seen the same explosiveness about you, and if anything I do believe your activity could pick up a little bit, but I haven't been around long so it might just be cause it's still near the holiday period.

FishFishy - Fishy! I was so happy when I saw that you were promoted to HUE last year. I remember working with you in the UE, and you were a fantastic guy, always helping out wherever you could in the nicest way possible. It's great to see that you're now an off-topic moderator, and even greater to see that you're still a cheerful, helping guy. Keep it going

FlyingToast - Well, I don't really go into the WoW section so it's really hard to give you much constructive feedback, but you seem to be online a reasonable amount, and flicking through your recent posts, you do help out a lot in your section as well as do your share of Market Reports, so what more could the staff want

JohnK - Ahh JohnK. A year ago, you were mostly stuck in the Spam Forum, but I did see you helping others out on occasion, but I wouldn't have expected you to come this far. From what I can see, you showed your true colour in 2011. You thoroughly deserved to be voted the most community involved member of 2011, and you really are one of the most helpful and kindest staff members. I think 2012 has some good things in store for you. Keep working hard

KerokeroCola - I've always though you're a really good guy. A year ago you were a really good User Educator, and helped out a lot and really deserved to be promoted. At the moment I don't see you online as much as you once were but you are still logging on everyday and making some posts.

MohtasaUnique - I didn't know you a year ago, but from my lurking you seem like a helpful, active moderator. I can't really give too much feedback on you though, sorry

n4n0 -I didn't really know you before, but gosh you went a long way in 2011. From what I've seen of you, you're a really active moderator who has extensive knowledge of the RuneScape Market. In a way, you reminded me of plznate. When I saw that you were banned, I couldn't believe it, but like most of Sythe, I knew you had changed and were a legitimate user. Sometimes, it does seem like you have a little bit of, well, an attitude, but I'm seeing this less and less, and looking at your above post, it seems you are trying to address this issue as best as you can, which shows real character and maturity. I look forward to getting to know you

RsProd - RsProd! Man, Alteranz used to be my favourite Kiwi, but now, well, I don't think i can really decide I remember back in the days talking to you, you were always so interesting, and always so kind. You're a very good member of Sythe, and have good knowledge in the market. It's great to see that you were re-promoted a month or so ago. Keep being a good guy

Scottay - Like N4N0, another member who really stood out in 2011. You got super-active, and you seem like a really good guy. I haven't seen much of you to be able to give more constructive feedback, but I will try to give some more in the future

Snow Patrol - Another staff member I can't provide constructive feedback for. I saw you a few times while lurking in 2011, you seem to be a down-to-earth person and the sort of member who deserves to be a moderator. From what I've seen, activity could pick up a bit, but remember I haven't been online too much.

Spraynwipe - Like FlyingToast, I don't really go into your section that often. I've seen some of your work and you really are talented, and you seem to be online a reasonable amount. Good to see you in the Sythe Support section answering some questions too.

SuF - I think you're the perfect candidate to moderate the Sythe Support section. I do really wish that it was more active and you could have some more work, but you responded to me PM about some of my archived guides quickly and are doing well to keep the section clean.

Superman123321 - Really, really deserved promotion. You do a lot in the Dispute forum, market and Report a Scammer section. You're online almost all the time, and seem to be a really relaxed guy, but can be professional when need be.


Blupig -One of Sythes longer serving staff. You've been on the staff on and off since I joined the site. You seem like a really good guy, the only problem I think you've had is maintaining a steady stream of activity.

Clashfan - Seven years on and you're still here. I've seen you posting a little bit, and you seem to be online most days. I can assume being a Global you have plenty of behind the scene work to do as well.

CSkiffingt1 - You're a really good Global. You're online everyday, post around a fair amount, and while I was awaiting my pardon you were very helpful letting me know if my pardon had been denied or still pending. You're very professional, which is an essential quality to being a Global.

Djweasel -You're really active, and really helpful. But I think that your best quality is you know the time when to have fun and muck around, and you know the time to be professional and serious.

Giddy - Since I've been back, I haven't seen you online too much. I haven't been around for too long though so my feedback might not be very accurate.

Karl - You're online everyday, you make quality and helpful posts and you're very professional. A very solid Global Moderator.

Sacro - I don't see you around too much. It would be nice to see an increase in activity around the forums, but I understand that Globals have more behind-the-scenes work.

Sin666 -A lot like Sacro, not as online as a fair amount of other moderators, however remembering I haven't been back long as well as being a Global and having more behind-the-scenes work.


FireZ - Number one Sythe Staff member in history. Period. Back in the sectional days where you had a knack of catching ban evaders and doing Spam Reports, to the Global days were you did these two things, and added Scam Reports to your workload. Now you do those things, as well as all your administrator duties. You work harder than anyone, and really deserved to be promoted to Administrator.

Govind - You do so much for this website. Helpful posts, great ideas, coding fantastic additions to the forums to make jobs easier for the users and Staff. You're very intelligent, and make a fantastic Administrator Supervisor.

Matthew - Second in charge. You put in a lot of effort handling the donations to keep this website running. You've been doing this for a very long time, and very consistently as well. The new Donations Centre is amazing too.

Nick - You're a very consistent staff member. While I was a staff member you were always getting in the green for Modlogs, you've always helped in regular member and staff discussions and you are a very suitable administrator.

Sythe - I think many people take your work for granted. Keeping a website running for 7 years, through all the financial difficulties and all the time you've invested into keeping it going, you're a fantastic owner. You even post around, which is fantastic as most website owners I can imagine would get bored of there..creations after a short time. Thanks for all the effort you've put into this website.

Verts - It looks like a fair few members have been complaining about your inactivity, but all the TwC's and I.P bans seem like they're being applied in quick-time and if that's being done, well I don't think members have the right to complain. You're beginning to post around a lot more and get involved in the community again which is fantastic.

 

haha. I think that she did about a year's worth of work in August alone. I'd love to see her back though.
