Make me a simple site (Paying)

What do you need help with, this is actually a fairly simple project especially if you don't want people to log in. Basically you want a website that displays quotes, allows users to like each quote and add their own in. Probably also want to filter specific words or allow moderation

 

I got some things working, however when a user posts something it doesn't showup on the site.

 

I'm assuming that you are using PHP/mysql, are you calling the right thing when selecting from the database?

 

I have a desginer hired, but I need you to use php to connect the input (from the quote box) to go to the desired area. (Recent Quotes)
