Good items to alch(good profit)?

So I haven't al he'd in maybe 6 month and was wondering what some gold items to alch are these days. Thanks.

This one's a little more user-friendly in my opinion.

 

battlestaves have and always are the perfect thing to alch. usually with a 5% increase to buy is still under the high alch return, including natures. the only problem is is that you can only buy 100 of each every 4 hours. (all 4 elemental battlestaves usually make a profit) but this can be made into 500/hour if you craft 100 battlestaves into the best profitible battlestaff.

when i was alching i found the best way was to leave them on for a few days and get tones, then just sit down and alch with mousekeys and watch a movie.

another good item which i have been doing heeps too is rune arrows, and before that magic longbows. the only problem with rune arrows is that one missclick and you equip them =@

Best things to alch is Godsword shard 1, you make 1,921 coins per alch. Takes a good amount of starting money, but will easily make it back.
Another thing to alch is Rune Sq shields, you make 161 coins per.
Do not alch battlestaves, you lose almost 3k per staff nowadays.
