Losing a recovery battle against a scammer, need help...

I'm sure I'm not alone...WHAT IS [email protected]????

 

[email protected] is pretty much an email for parents about their kid's RS accounts.

 

In my experience, credit card information is right up there on Jagex's list. So thats weird to me that credit card information isn't working.

Link your account to Facebook, take a picture of the accounts offenses to refer back to specific dates. These dates can be used the Other Details box of your recovery, has helped me also.

The exact date of recoveries set, or previous recoveries set, is also useful.

Change the password 2 times.

If you have enough time, make/ change a bank pin.

 

Hmm back in the day u could recover any day as long as u membered it with credit card and had 1 password of it.

Pretty sure that's been changed, though.

 

honestly if the info wipe was unsuccesful im afraid their probably is no other way to secure your account since the other guy has the info also.

 

This happend to a friend of mine in high school, He just kept bombing jagex with Emails everyday about how he needed the info wiped off the account and how he had moved to a diffrent state and so on but I belive what finaly worked for him was the other person recoverd the account and then Kyle got it back and when he did he wrote the IP down and in the rest of his emails he put that IP in the email saying that was the hackers IP and they sent him one back saying that it was wiped and they listed that IP of the hacker on there notes or somthing so he wont be allowed to recover the account anymore, You could try that. I can see if he still has that email and ill get him to screen it so I can post it if anyone wants to see, But this was back in April I doubt he has it but its worth a shot of me asking, But try that Give jagex the hacker IP and tell them that that IP is the hacker and be sure to tell them where you USE to live address/city/state/Internet Provider etc down to what kind of router you used if you think it will help and give them your current info as well. See if that helps out, Im pretty sure it will.
