    the account requirements are as follows
    60 attack or fully quested attack xp
    Desert Treasure done
    Monkey Madness done
    Must have addy gloves
    The stats dont need to be amazing as long it is fully quested. My goal is to make it into a rune pure.
    Other skills may increase the price i am willing to pay. for example 61 mining or farming helps.
