Need Some Paypal Questions Answered :D

Please help me find some answers to the following questions:

Im 15, looking into Trading/Buying/Selling/Merchanting, on this forum and others around and about...

I am thinking about making a paypal account, how old do i need to be to have my own paypal account?

Can i attatach a DEBIT card to my paypal account, so i will be able to buy gold ect, and re-sell without getting limmited...?

In the past, i use to buy xbox's/ps3's faulty, fix them and sell them back on ebay...this was with my dads paypal (TOO MUCH HASSLE)...i would like to be more inderpendant...and where i am (UK) money is shit here for a 15 year old, like a PAPER ROUND.

yes you can attach a debit card, but you must do it immediatly after you register, because otherwise it will become limited. Paypal is stupid they always need to know every single detail about you.

Just right after you sign up varify with your debit card, if it still makes you limited, PM me and I can fix it for you.

 

You can still be limited for suspicious activity after adding a debit card, however it is a lot less likely than without it. Adding a bank account will ensure that you aren't limited without very good reason.

 

can u honestly fix limited accounts cause mine is limited to the max
