What was your first money making method?

I remember in 2005 when i started playing runescape, getting 100k was amazing. Going to school the next day and telling everyone about how much money you made and how everyone was probably going to do that same method to catch up to you ;D

Anyway my very first method was mining 1k rune ess and selling for 100k;D i remember sitting in the varrok small banking typing as fast i could trying to get a buyer!

What is everyone else's First or earliest memory of money making?

 

I did the same thing too I remember typing ''selling pure ess 100ea''. That was on my old main which I can't get back :'(

 

Mine was good old cowhides i sold em to rich members in alkrahid bank

 

I was merchanting mithirl/steel armour sets + scims lol fun days...

 

I ran flax and strung them

 

Selling 100 lobbies at a time for 25k in varrock small bank!

 

Killing chickens for feathers some guy "hired" me and paid me 20gp per feather back in 06 lol.

 

All i rememeber was being lured to dark wizards.. LOL

 

^haha I'm very familiar with the good old cowhides as well. I also remember looting the iron daggers at the Lumbriedge goblin house and selling them to general store.

 

I use to run the p ess for double natters, in about a month I made 10m (first ever time getting gp go green :3) this was in 06-07 back then 10m got me a green mask

 

When I was a complete noob in elementary school i remember making my first 1k doing that banana thing in Karajama. After that would be flax to bs for my first 1m.

I can't remember what my first method was, but I remember back when full rune was 200k and was like really awesome and I also remember my cousin sold feathers to rich members and made 1m and got a d med, and me and my other cousins were like freaking out like it was so amazing lmao.

I remember I did a few methods to make money, I picked flax, made bowstring and sold them, I sold p ess, I tried the feathers after my cousin got so rich from it lol, I ran law runes, AND WHO COULD FORGET WORLD 2 FALLY PARK?! Aww man back when Runescape was fun.. I also did my fair share of scamming too not gonna lie lol. I made fucking bank off of bringing someone wearing rune to a secluded area and telling them that if they dropped it and typed alt + f4 it would double their item.

I wish we could go back to those days..

 

Killing wizards in varrock at the demon (forgot name).

After that, auto mining coal with Americanbot (L)

 

Thats what i did when i first got members!

 

I remmember my first method was collecting money from the floor when i killed goblins lol and amazingly i got over 100k with that haha, that was back in 2005 when i was a total noob

then my second or third method, when i became a member was cutting maples and selling them, the same thing with flax and bowstrings

then i stopped playing for like 6 years and came back in 2011 and discovered the GE and sold my 45k willow bows (u) and made an effing-lot of money haha (back in 2005 it was almost impossible to sell those, at leats for me)

 

I used to Woodcut Yews with cousins.

 

Back in classic when I started playing I started mining from the beginning. My mining was at 75 before any of my other stats were past 30, so I made my money selling iron ores.

 

Willows, it was like 20/30k per hour, thought it was amazing! LOL

 

My first money making thing was to mine copper and tin and run to lumby to smelt it and then back to varrock to smith platebodys and then proceed to sell it to the shop. This was before you could bank items mind you!

When the update came where you could bank items I was up to iron platebodys (badass huh ) and came up with the genius idea that you could BANK irons and then smelt them at falador! I refused to tell my brother about this for atleast a week thinking I just came up with the mother of all ideas

 

Oh and in classic there were coins up the ladder in the varrock sewer, at the bear =D
