    Yes. You might want to buy an optical disk drive too, unless you have one lying around.

    Does this Hardware work together or not?
    It'll all fit together fine, but with that setup, I'd drop down to 8 gb of RAM and use the extra money to invest in a slightly more powerful gpu. What exactly will you be using this for that requires 16GB of ram?

    HD Video editing, and I dropped down to 12GB
