Was gonna suggest Kinae, but if 2.5$ is too much, then 10-30$ is way to much :/. (sig wise, layouts are like 70$)

 

Let me give you some advice for Sythe, for one, being rude isn't allowed or tolerated. And some more, if you're going to ask people to make you stuff on here and then be cheap with prices, you'll have an issue. If you're going to be an ass to everyone, Sythe isn't the place for you. When someone's prices are too much for you liking, just tell them that, don't be an ass and start the name calling.
