Not sure how much this would cost or how we could conduct the trade, but I would be willing to pay a fare amount to borrow max cash for a week and return it. It doesn't have to be max cash, but a decent amount of GP.

I used to be an experienced Merchant and could make up to 10% a day with trade restrictions.

If I were not to return the full amount, I would pay for the missing mills at 0.85$ each.
