What should i do for the next 30 minutes while im

I have 30 minutes before my bedtime...what should i do this duration of time?

listen to music though? idk?

I can't recently i've been snorting around a 8ball of coke and i can't close my eyes for more than blinking

 

read up on lucid dreaming, then try it tonight.


I try it every night and if you try to lay perfectly still all night, (or until you fall asleep) I find I have more vivid and realistic dreams. I feel like I'm just a step away.


Or just fap




edit: Or try some TAZO Calm tea. It's herbal and such, makes you drowsy. Probably won't work with the coke though

Good luck going to sleep on coke lol, I could just imagine laying in bed rolling around--thoughts pouring in my head, not ever able to fall asleep.

I agree with the above post about lucid dreaming, look up Astral Projection also. Even if you aren't successful with that, you'll still have nice lucid dreams from the practice. I have vivid, realistic dreams every night, and it's nice to clear your mind and relax before you go to bed.

 

Extra sleep helps, or reading.

Not if you want to sleep... Lol. Smoke some weed, that'll help. Benzos help too, but that's considering you have access to those... Nyquil/Dramamine might help put you to sleep too.

 

I have acess to valium vicodin hydromorphin aderol unfortounatelly i cant smoke my brothers pound because he has to sell it to a medical dispencary i dont know...i heard doin meth relieves the temporal femoral nerve in the pancreas that kill the wakefulness and make you sleep by the influence of cocaine havin on your lungs working backwards.

Your best bet would be to take a bunch of Adderall and smoke some Meth, followed by a nice shot of Coke right into your jugular.

adderall is ftw but you have an extra 10 hours to spare if you take it so emm just take some 5-htp or something.
