best way of training this?

hey, i havn't played runescape in a while (legit at least) and was wondering what would be the best place to train def (lvl 80+) and also what armor set-up to use, thanks for help

 

Use guthans.at bandits, its fast and you can afk

 

i dont necesarely wanna afk, i waanna get 99 def asap o=

 

best place are armoured zombies with salve ammy (e)
there's an altar upstairs so you don't have to worry about not praying

Try ape attoll apes.

 

Do armoured zombies in max gear, full elite melee void, cls, d def, and pray melee with turm. By the way, I wouldn't use the altar up the ladder, because if you go up there and are extreme potted, it lowers your stats to what it would be if they were supers. So, its a waste and as such you should just use pray pots and/or a ghast familiar.

 

why use pray melee when u can use soul split... never have to eat once with ss

its written by taco limey so apparently 200k xp an hour, when i used it, it was about 120k an hour but i was only like 90/90/90
