It's a scam. I never filed the report from the "32GB iPod 4G" he tried to sell me, but disputed with paypal (and won). He never sent the items and never responded on paypal or here. I'll file tomorrow now that he's back and attempting this scam again.

 

I will keep an eye on this he claimed I scammed him but offered no evidence. I don't like being slandered.

I'm suspicious as well. I pm'ed him several times asking him to add me on msn and he said he would/did. He actually blocked me on msn even though we've done several successful trades in the past.

It looks like he just wants some sucker to go first and is ignoring trusted people because he would have to go first to them

 

Buyers beware! I bought his 32gb from him. He gave me Fedex tracking info, but the tracking info hasn't worked all day.

I didn't fell* (fall) for anything. I went first because I know I can chargeback my payment if he's not legitimate. The tracking confirmation has been confirmed. Estimated delivery is the 13th. I'll update then.
