Falling prices?

Hey guys i've quit runescape like 5 months ago, i stumbled upon a picture today of a guy price checking phats and i realized they were lower than the ones they had when i played. So i went into runescape website and checked the grand exchange to see that prices are falling, and a LOT. White phat dropped around 300m. Anyone know why are the prices dropping? And why is Gold price risen too? When i played it was ~0,50$/m and now it is +0,75$/m

Why did the gold price change too? Was there some major update or event or something? Well thanks for everything!

Jagex stoped almost all botting. So that means no more gold farming bots racking in billions per day. Jagex has also been resetting players cash stacks that are suspected of RWT.

 

Wow, seems like they went really serious with botting now :/

 

Prices of RSGP will slowly go down, there's still a few bots out there and the people profiting from them. Lucky for them, they're making even more money from raided prices of Runescape items and gold.
