I Was banned for nothing?

I am new to sythe and i tried registering when i had completed registering i had come to a website that said Problem..... and some names below it i didnt read much of it cause i write away read "i could rite a dispute about this"
so i did i can promise you i am new to this site and i would not wanna be banned from this site for the actions of other people that did not follow yalls rules
i dont know if its because my ip matches theres i dont know how that could even happend, also i got my intenet service upgraded weeks back so i dont know???????
also i have recently made other threads but it dousnt show up on the dispute fourm : /?
