Account Recovery

I'm currently trying to get my main account back, which got hacked. Only problem is I can't remember ANY of the passwords or which ISP it was made with. What can I do? I've tried saying i've moved house etc. but been denied loads. Thankyou

 

are you still living in the house you created the account at? mention which state/city the account was created in. Old passwords etc in the extra comments box. Old membership info. Just give them everything you have.

 

Telling them the exact date it was created helps a lot too.

 

Try to fill in the passwords that you most commonly use...
and just try different ISP that you were with. Also as Bwk stated, tell them the exact date that you created the account.

 

Previous membership info is essential. If you have that, you have high chances of recovering.

 

Just try and remember the old passwords?

 

Best you can do is keep sending appeals. If you at least know the creation date and membership details, if any, you'll eventually recover it. (this is assuming you're attempting to recover it from the same location that you created it at)

 

Ask your parents about the ISP.

 

Just keep trying to recover.
