I'll absolutly play I can play any champ too (tank, support, carry)

 

Just a suggestion but why not have a few normal members (Hint hint ) play with the staff to even teams out. I know you have more than 5 staff members that would play but there will probably be a large amount of non staff that want to participate and if you want to have a lot of games played then you're going to need a few more people to play on the staff side to balance it out. If you use this idea I would love to play with the staff ( Mostly because I've played with them before and it's fun) but if not I'm sure you guys know what you're doing. Just my advice.

That's at least 2-3 bars of Latency.

 

I main the NA server and play from Europe on a daily basis. 170-180 ping all day every day. It's still easily playable.

Korean ping is about 140 and those guys have no real trouble playing well in NA, even on the highest level.

 

I'll play, if it's 5 v 5

 

A 5v5 would seriously be so hard to work.

You don't need to make it big and official imo. Doubt you'd need prizes or any sort of other incentive either.

Then again I've organized exactly zero tournaments and you've done a fuckload. So I'll leave it to you.

 

I think 3v3 is a more accurate representation of the individual skill of players, rather than just the accumulative team skill. Plus if we organize a bunch of 5v5, it'd be highly likely that someone won't show up to a match, then the whole game organization is fuXed

 

Maybe if everybody posts their time zone we can setup a match?

It's not so much the time zones, it's that people like to sign up for stuff, then never show up. Either they forget, they're trolling, or they back out for some other reason
