I live an hour away from Utica. It's unbelievable.

 

It looks like their are two parts to the story, the full video shows that he had put what he found in his pocket but the version shown on youtube made it look like it was planted because they edited it to show that part only.

Some people need to realize that police save lives also, there not all "out to get you" and there not all corrupt.

He finds a Small bag of drugs on the accused then holds onto the bag while he searches for more.

The Police officer then searches the car and finds a larger bag of drugs, he Pulls the small bag out of hes pocket and collects the big bag from the car.
