Poker sub-forum

I suggest to create a Poker Sub-forum, where we could show our Poker achievements, create our Poker logs, discuss our Poker strategies, talk about the biggest tournaments and freerolls and share the passwords so we could access them.

Poker is a very popular game and many Sythe members are playing it, so I think adding it would be a smart choice.

 

Don't think this would garner enough traffic for it to have it's whole sub-forum.

 

I don't think that there's a large enough base of users that is interested in Poker, to be honest. I acknowledge that it may be difficult to find sales in its current accepted section, but I wouldn't support a whole one.

 

It would have more traffic than the Minecraft, Star-wars have.

I personally would be very active in it, because everyday I am following various poker tournaments.

I am talking about the Poker discussions sub-forum, not the market one.

 

II have to agree with the previous posters. I do not believe that this will garner any activity. Just one person doesn't make an active section though; I mean even a handful of people don't make an active section.

 

Honestly I think you're better off just using a poker community for all that. Also this doesn't really go into the whole theme of sythe being for online/video games

 

Don't you think that by doing this we will also get some members who are interested in it?
Many Sythe players are playing poker, I have never heard of any Sythe player playing Star Wars game and pretending to be a Jedi.

 

As much as I love poker, I don't think it would gain enough attention to bother making a sub-forum.

 

I thought the Star Wars section was a bad idea at the beginning, but after hearing it to be a newly introduced game designed to potentially become the number 1 MMORPG, then I thought otherwise.

However I doubt a sub-section dedicated to poker would be majorly active.

I think the star wars section is a bad idea too, don't think Poker would survive, but its a good idea. I would definitely throw out my strategies etc if there was a section for it.

 

I would definately enjoy it and many poker players would join Sythe because of it.

No support, I was against sub-sections like LoL, Minecraft, Star Wars, etc. They're popular games, but those sub-sections won't be active, the same goes if poker was made a sub-section.

 

No support, I doubt the section would gain much activity. If you really want to talk about it, make some threads here. Otherwise, there really isn't much interest in poker on sythe.

 

Me sad :/ What if creating a section for ''Other'' games, and have sub-sections for Minecraft, Poker etc.?

While there is some support, about 20 people or so

i dont think it is big enough to have its own subsection

 

Have to agree with others here, I simply don't see the section attracting enough attention. Sure there are some great ways to make money with it, but most people here aren't even allowed to play (under 18's, different laws outside of USA etc.) As a separate section it will just add to the clutter. Better off making a sticky in other games.
