Best way to train att/def/str?

Hey where are the best places to train these skills and how much exp p/hr would I get from them too? I also saw some videos on youtube where you could get 500kexp+ p/her is this true they where at some kind of fight pit(not the tzhaar fight pits)These are my current stats:

I want this account to be maxed too.
I know about bandits so don't put any tips about that and how did people afk str/att with guthans it literraly impossible.

 

I think you should do the Defender of Varrock Quest and then kill Armoured Zombies for around 50-80K experience per hour.

The video you saw on YouTube was probably a keylogger or a RAT, Do not download these as they're are only fast ways of training ranged and magic at the moment such as barraging and chinning

 

Bandits are a good place to start with your stats. When your attack & defence are 85+, I would HIGHLY reccomend the Armoured Zombies that Purple Bear suggested. I trained here from 96-99 attack getting 80-100k exp per hour, and I made 15M picking up the loot in the process

Your account would be especially well suited for AZ's because of your 95 prayer. You train beside a ladder under an altar, so you use turmoil + SS if you need to heal, and when you are low prayer you simply click the ladder and recharge your prayer points. This makes your exp p/h go up drastically if you are using super sets/extremes, and requires NO FOOD as SoulSplit takes care of that

Also - AZ drops are not "big" drops, but really add up over time. They drop herbs, adamant items, noted oak, teak, regular planks, effigies, coins (200-500 at a time. worth picking up!), death & blood runes etc.

Get 80 dung and then train your combat with slayer, its the best option and the best way to level your account if you plan on maxing.

 

Theres no best way. Thats why they created bots because training skills cost time.
Considering your stats , i'd say train at stronghold and a floor with suits you once you try each floor.

 

I used fight caves for 99 strength.

 

You should either go to Armoured Zombies, Bandits, or experiments.

 

Tzhaar is good, plus youll rake in multiple furies before you get a 99

 

Go to the Monkey Gaurds on Ape Atoll. You could use prayers, and potions to increase your overall experience per hour.

I went from 97-99 attack there. It went twice as fast since I had those one gloves that doubled experience.

I'd train it with slayer to be honest.

 

There used to be a bug in clan citadels battlefield, while fighting your opponent in battlefield, Jagex replenished your hitpoints and your weapon's spec hit bar. So, that allowed you to attack your opponent for a very long time (10+ minutes), and since spec bar was replenished you could use specs of granite maul, dragon claws, Dharok's greataxe, Armadyl godsword, Bandos godsword, etc. Silentc0re even said it was possible to gain 1M of melee xp/h.

I botted attack, strength, defence, hitpoints at Troll Invasion minigame easy mode and it was pretty quick maxing combat skills of my account. No loots here though.

I suggest Slayer, you gain XP in hitpoints, melee/ranged/magic skill and also in slayer. Needless to say you will get decent loots.

 

You can't expect 500k xp per hour doing anything (except possibly mage?)

If you are at arm zombies and on extremes you might get up to 145k per hour.

 

Arm zombies are very good especially for the stats you have.
