When Trying to Load RuneScape Goes Blank White

Every time I try to load RuneScape, my screen goes blank white. It will load on Internet Explorer. So I know the problem pertains to Firefox.

I've tried:

- Re-downloading Java.
- Clearing History.
- Clearing the Cache.

What may the problem be?

Delete the RuneScape cache located in your root folder.

 

are you using internet explorer, firefox, or crome? crome has issues with RS sometimes so you might need to try a different browser? Other than that i wish i knew what to say, i'll try and find out some more info on this and i'll let you know if you can't solve it.

 

Bro this shit was happening to me too, it's because your using the graphical setting "Software" switch it to Direct X & it'll never happen. Hope this helps u bruh bruh

Go to the RS forums and check out the Technical Support section. There are a number of fixes here from both players & Jagex mods alike, and the "white screen" is a fairly common problem from the sounds of it.

Check the stickies to see if there is a fix for your problem and if you can't find the info then try posting a thread and it should be answered fairly quickly Gl!

 

Download the client and it'll work fine.
