It is ready to transfer as soon as you would want to. I'd much rather sell the account as a whole and you take care of the transferring whenever you deem it to be convenient.

I wouldn't mind a middleman to sell the account, but for the name transferring I'm afraid you could just claim the name was sniped from you and I'd end up with nothing.
